We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Plastic Injection Molding Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will run plastic injection molding machines to produce high-quality precision parts that meet custom specifications. Responsibilities:
Machine Operation: Set up and run plastic injection molding machines to consistently manufacture high-quality components following precise work orders and technical prints.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprint drawings and engineering specs to understand and meet exact customer criteria.
Process Control: Continuously monitor production process parameters, including temperatures and injection pressures, to immediately identify and resolve non-conformances to drawing specifications.
Quality Inspection: Verify machine setups by measuring and inspecting first-run parts and sample workpieces to ensure compliance.
Precision Tool Use: Utilize specialized inspection instruments, including micrometers, Vernier calipers, and optical comparators, to check product tolerances.
Equipment Care: Perform occasional preventive maintenance tasks on manufacturing machinery according to manufacturer instructions.
Team Support: Execute additional production assignments as directed by the area Supervisor.
Working hours: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
