Compensation & Shift Options
Choose the schedule that best fits your lifestyle. Both positions operate on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule (work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days), which includes working every other weekend.
Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM | $17.75 / hour
Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | $19.25 / hour
Schedule Perks:
Work 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next (with built-in overtime pay!).
Built-in 3-day weekends every other week.
Predictable, set calendar planned out a full year in advance.
Responsibilities:
As a member of the production team, you will help create and package high-quality, popular snack products:
Equipment Operation: Monitor and operate electric popping kettles, seasoning applicators, and automated packaging machinery.
Recipe Adherence: Follow precise product recipes, batch sheets, and ingredient measurements to ensure the final product meets "gold standard" quality.
Quality Inspection: Visually inspect ingredients and finished product moving down the conveyor line to catch defects, burnt kernels, or packaging errors.
Packaging & Palletizing: Efficiently pack finished snack bags into master cartons, tape boxes, and stack/palletize goods according to shipping patterns.
Food Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a clean, sanitized work area in strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and facility food safety regulations.
Skills:
Prior experience in food processing, packaging, commercial baking, or manufacturing.
Qualifications:
Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40???50 lbs periodically across a 12-hour shift.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
