Compensation & Shifts:
Choose the schedule that best fits your lifestyle. Both positions operate on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule (e.g., work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days), which includes working every other weekend.
Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM | $17.75 per hour
Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | $19.25 per hour
Schedule Perks: You'll work 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next (with built-in overtime!).

Responsibilities:
As a member of the production team, you will help create and package high-quality snack products. Your daily duties will include:
Equipment Operation: Monitor and operate electric popping kettles and automated packaging machinery.
Recipe Adherence: Follow exact product recipes and measurements to ensure the final product meets "gold standard" quality.
Quality Inspection: Visually inspect product moving down the production line to catch errors or defects before packaging.
Packaging & Palletizing: Accurately package finished product bags into boxes and stack/palletize them for shipment.
Food Safety: Maintain a clean, sanitized work environment adhering strictly to food safety regulations and guidelines.

Skills:
High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience in food manufacturing or handling food ingredients

Qualifications:
Ability to consistently lift, move, and dump up to 50 lbs throughout your shift
Proficiency in basic math, reading scales, and following detailed written instructions
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to food safety and cleanliness
Ability to stand, bend, and remain on your feet for extended periods
Excellent reliability and punctuality
