Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday | 6:00AM - 6:30PM | $17.50 - $19.00/HR
Responsibilities:
1. Machine Operator
Set up, program, and operate automated KOMAX wire cutting, stripping, and crimping machines.
Monitor production runs to ensure precise cutting lengths and high-quality termination.
Perform basic machine troubleshooting, material changeovers, and wire spool feeding.
Read and interpret digital work orders, schematics, and technical specifications.
Complete basic production documentation and digital data entry for track-and-trace inventory.
2. Wire Harness & Cable Assembler
Route, tie, and attach wires to build custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
Read and interpret blueprints, wire run lists, and assembly layout boards.
Use specialized hand tools including manual wire strippers, crimpers, and cutters.
Install connectors, terminals, and protective sleeves onto wires according to quality standards.
Perform basic pull tests and manual continuity checks on completed wire assemblies.
Skills:
Experience: Entry-level candidates are highly welcome! Previous experience in wire harnessing, cable assembly, or automated machinery operation is a major plus.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements: Excellent hand-eye coordination; ability to pinch, grasp, and lift up to 30 lbs.
