Responsibilities:
- Powder Application: Apply powder coatings to components and finished equipment according to strict quality specifications.
- Surface Preparation & Masking: Mask parts, buff surfaces, and remove weld spatter to prepare metal components for coating.
- Line Operations: Load and unload parts safely throughout the coating cycle.
- Quality Inspection: Thoroughly inspect finished parts for coverage, thickness, and appearance to meet customer expectations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Assist with cleaning and routine maintenance of powder coating tools and spray booths.
- Safety & Teamwork: Follow standard safety procedures and collaborate with team members to hit daily production targets.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous background in manufacturing, metal fabrication, or industrial production.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with powder coating or industrial liquid painting.
- Ability to safely use power tools and paint spraying equipment.
- Strong eye for detail, quality control, and visual consistency.
- Understanding of workplace safety practices and proper chemical handling.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively in a team environment.
