Oversee performance of press department, provide support as a mentor, develop and execute operational strategies, collaborate with maintenance to improve equipment reliability, evaluate performance using metrics, manage staffing.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Skills:
5 years of leadership in a print facility, understanding of commercial print manufacturing and press operations
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Experience in an offset web press facility
5 years experience in a supervisory role
Experience collaborating with Scheduling, Prepress, Finishing, Maintenance
