Job Description:

Interested candidates for Press Operator should have a strong / independent work ethic and attendance history. In addition, the position will require an individual who takes pride in his / her work and can cooperate with others and work as a member of a team. On-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Press Operator Responsibilities include:
  • Tends to injection molding machines to support requirements and monitor production from assigned presses.
  • Conducts visual inspections of molded parts to check product quality.
  • Assists with the weighing and packaging of molded parts at assigned presses.
  • Communicates production related issues, such as product defects and equipment problems, on a regular basis to QA and / or supervisory personnel.

  Education: High School

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  Experience: 6 months

  • Previous manufacturing experience a plus
