Responsibilities:
-Conduct seasonal tune-ups, coil cleanings, and safety inspections on residential and light commercial HVAC systems to ensure peak operating efficiency.
-Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults using specialized diagnostic tools to execute accurate component replacements and system repairs.
-Explain technical findings to clients and provide transparent recommendations for repairs, air quality upgrades, or system replacements.
-Assist with new construction installs and system changeouts, ensuring proper refrigerant charging, airflow calibration, and control configuration.
-Maintain accurate job records and van inventory while strictly adhering to OSHA safety standards and EPA Section 608 refrigerant protocols.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-NATE certification (or state HVAC journeyman license) combined with experience in new-construction rough-ins, system changeouts, and communicating repair versus replacement options directly to customers.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2???3 years of recent, hands-on HVAC preventive maintenance or service experience
-Active EPA certification required; NATE certification is an advantage
-Valid driver???s license with a clean driving history (no major violations)
-Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
