Responsibilities:
As a Print Specialist, you will work closely with other team members to ensure customer orders are executed with precision and care. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and verifying print orders for quality, accuracy, and alignment with client branding.
Matching colors accurately using PMS standards.
Collaborating with Screen Room and Technology Specialists to ensure successful job setup.
Inspecting print jobs throughout production and seeking Quality Team approval for final output.
Supporting the packing process or assisting in other departments as needed.
Reviewing daily production plans and proactively communicating any issues.
Maintaining clean and organized workstations and adhering to safety protocols.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
Experience in print production or promotional product customization.
Strong understanding of PMS color matching.
Familiarity with screen printing, pad printing, or similar processes.
Ability to read and follow detailed job packets and work instructions.
Basic computer proficiency.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
At least one year of relevant experience in assembly, printing, or custom production OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and perform physically active tasks.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
