Provide leadership, training and development for team members responsible for equipment reliability and performance.
Plan and schedule all preventative, predictive and corrective work activities for press, bindery, mailing and auxiliary equipment.
Analyze mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control-system issues to drive rapid troubleshooting and minimize equipment downtime.
Oversee equipment-related budgets, spare-parts inventories and technical vendor and OEM relationships.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred

Qualifications:
Internship or early career experience in manufacturing, operations, or process improvement is a plus, but not required.
Interest in manufacturing, the trades, and improving processes and workflows.
Ability to learn new systems and help teams work through operational challenges.
Familiarity with spreadsheets, planning systems, or workflow tools is helpful.
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
