What You'll Do

• Issue blanket purchase orders for manufacturing raw materials including corrugate, labels, glues, and films.
• Manage vendor release schedules to ensure all production needs are met without disruption.
• Monitor production schedules and forecasts to calculate raw material needs, keeping inventory values low while preventing shortages.
• Procure and stock non-stock supplies, office materials, capital project equipment, and specialized manufacturing consumables.
• Administer label and customer-specific component inventories, managing "about-to-expire" and expired stock to minimize waste and financial exposure.
• Proactively communicate potential material shortages with procurement and operations teams, participating in key operational alignment meetings.

What You'll Bring

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of purchasing or procurement experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Education: Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong hands-on competency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Key Skills: Demonstrated fiscal responsibility with a proven track record in negotiating pricing, delivery, and payment terms.
• Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong forecasting capabilities, detail orientation, and excellent cross-departmental communication.
