This combined role encompasses the essential duties of the Processing, Packaging, and Can Making departments at the Faribault, MN facility. The primary objective is to operate, maintain, and sanitize complex industrial machinery to ensure the safe and efficient production of high-quality food products.

Responsibilities:
Processing: Operate dry bean unloading systems, hydration systems, dewatering belts, blanchers, and grinders.
Can Making: Manage high-speed equipment including slitters, welders, body formers, and leak detectors.
Packaging: Ensure the efficiency of palletizers, depalletizers, labelers, tray formers, and stretch wrappers.
Material Handling: Maintain OSHA Certified Forklift Licenses where applicable to move materials and equipment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, legally required production and quality logs in accordance with FDA and Manufacturing Batch Records.
Sanitation Cleaning: Execute specialized cleaning assignments using high-pressure hoses and chemical foamers.
