        To safely ensure that all end center production meets customer process specifications and is properly packaged and palletized for shipment.SAFETY: Maintain a safety awareness attitude in daily performance of their assigned task and to be alert to the safety of fellow employees. Items include, but not limited to maintaining proper utilization of all required personal protective equipment, safely operating forklift (if assigned), comply with safety directives, job safety analysis (JSA?s), etc.Responsibilities:1.Operate end center packaging station and assemble finished product on pallets. 2.Perform visual checks of finished ends to ensure entire process is in compliance and take appropriate measures to correct the process when deficiencies are found. Report the defect to shift maintainer.3.Maintain sufficient supply of sleeves and materials for End Center production needs, including restocking bag trays and marking tops with correct identification, sorting and stacking of pallets and changing shrink wrap.4.Complete required quality checks to ensure process is within specification and enter data into the computer. Perform visual checks of finished lids to ensure entire process is in compliance.5.Complete required paperwork and documentation such as process check sheets, log books, and ESE and maintenance check sheets.6.Ensure that End Center finished product is properly cured, wrapped and stored and perform quality checks as required.7.Check conditions of forklift and perform pre-operating checks as required (if assigned).8.Maintain cleanliness of all work areas and follow all safety procedures and work practices.9.Assist in other production areas as needed to maintain a smooth flow of cans and ends through the plant.Working hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PMSkills:1.-Ability to operate end line bagging stations which package finished can ends into bags and to prepare pallets of ends for delivery.2.-Ability to complete required quality and visual checks to insure process is within specifications and to enter data and complete documentation as needed.3.-End Line Operators assigned to the end line will work one of three possible shifts: first, second, or third. Shifts are 8 hours/day and include a 30 minute unpaid lunch and 2 ten-minute breaks each day, Monday thru Friday.Education:High SchoolExperience:0-1 yearsQualifications:PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to Lift and carry up to 8.5lbs from floor to 60 inches-frequently.
