Using data-driven inputs-such as sales forecasts, packaging and transit capacities, and cost structures-you will optimize facility operations, reduce costs, and maintain balanced inventory levels. The ideal candidate blends strong analytical rigor with decisive problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.
Salary $70-85k/year DOE
Responsibilities:
-Supply Chain Optimization: Build and execute distribution plans balancing production capacity, transit costs, warehouse constraints, and customer service goals across a network moving ~1.95B lbs of packaged product annually.
-Sourcing & Fulfillment Strategy: Establish customer sourcing rules to fulfill orders from the optimal manufacturing plant or warehouse, minimizing total supply chain costs while meeting service-level agreements.
-Operational Execution & Tracking: Monitor weekly production performance against forecasts. Proactively identify sales/production variances and adjust distribution to mitigate inventory risks.
-Warehouse & Co-Packer Oversight: Serve as the primary operational contact for daily industrial product support. Maintain FIFO inventory policies, conduct weekly performance/monthly inventory reviews, oversee co-packer auto-pay processes, and partner with the Distribution Manager on network capacity projections.
-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with Plants (production/shipping specs), Transportation (carrier availability/rates), Customer Service (fulfillment expectations), and Sales (forecasting/customer demand).
-Continuous Improvement & Analytics: Execute special analytical projects focused on capacity utilization, production efficiency, lower-cost sourcing strategies, and network modeling.

Education: Bachelor???s degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant supply chain or operations analysis experience.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel). Experience with SAP preferred.
Key Competencies: Strong data analysis, cross-functional communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of FIFO inventory management.
