Responsibilities:
Work on an active conveyor line to manually package, seal, label, and box finished goods.
Visually inspect products on the moving line to instantly identify and remove defective packaging or bad labels.
Feed raw materials and packaging supplies into production machinery to keep assembly lines running smoothly.
Stack, organize, and palletize finished boxes onto skids according to specific count requirements.
Maintain a sanitary and organized work area by adhering strictly to workplace cleanliness guidelines (GMPs).
Working hours: 4:30 PM - 1:30 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Prior experience in high-volume, fast-paced roles such as retail stocking, fast food, fulfillment centers, or general warehouse labor.
Basic understanding of workplace safety protocols or exposure to clean/regulated environments (food service, medical packaging, etc.).
A collaborative mindset and willingness to assist team members to meet daily production quotas.

Qualifications:
Pace & Coordination: Ability to maintain speed and accuracy while performing repetitive hand movements on a fast conveyor line.
Attention to Detail: Ability to quickly spot visual defects and accurately count production totals (basic math).
Reliability: Must have dependable transportation that aligns with a consistent 4:30 PM start time and potential weekend overtime.
Physical Ability: Comfortable standing and walking for the entire shift, performing frequent reaching/grasping movements, and regularly lifting up to 25 lbs.
