Spherion is seeking a reliable Production Associate to support manufacturing operations in a GMP-controlled environment. This position will perform production activities, maintain accurate documentation, inspect finished products, and follow established quality, safety, and cleanroom procedures.

Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures to complete production assignments.
Perform manufacturing activities in accordance with GMP and safety requirements.
Maintain accurate inventory records, batch records, and manufacturing documentation.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet established specifications.
Assist with batch record reconciliation and preventative maintenance activities.
Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and data integrity requirements.
Assist with nonconformance and CAPA-related activities.
Identify and report safety, quality, equipment, or production issues requiring escalation.
Complete required training and assist with training other employees after achieving full training status.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow cleanroom gowning, PPE, safety, and other site-specific requirements.
Use computers and manufacturing systems for daily documentation and transactions.
Spend approximately 90% of the workday in manufacturing suites.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Skills:
Previous cGMP manufacturing experience.
Biopharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
Experience working in a controlled cleanroom environment.
Experience with batch records and GMP documentation.
Experience with manufacturing equipment and automated systems.
Experience with preventative maintenance activities.
Experience with CAPA, nonconformance, or quality systems.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, operations, laboratory, or a related field.
Knowledge of GMP and workplace safety practices.
Ability to follow detailed procedures and work instructions.
Ability to accurately complete manufacturing and quality documentation.
Ability to learn new equipment, processes, software, and tools.
Ability to identify and escalate quality, safety, or production concerns.
Ability to work with minimal to moderate supervision.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to read and review documentation for extended periods.
Ability to work in a cleanroom and follow gowning procedures.
Ability to wear required PPE and follow GMP requirements.
