Responsibilities:
Set up and operate injection molding equipment and related auxiliary machinery.
Perform mold set-ups and support thermoplastic processing throughout production cycles.
Operate robots, packaging equipment, tumblers, and other automated manufacturing equipment.
Monitor machine temperatures, pressures, cycle times, and other production parameters.
Make routine adjustments and perform basic machine maintenance as needed.
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet customer and production specifications.
Use calipers and micrometers to verify part dimensions and material thickness.
Read and follow technical drawings, inspection blueprints, and work instructions.
Complete required production and quality documentation accurately and legibly.
Maintain clean and organized work areas while following FOD controls and 5S practices.
Follow all safety procedures and production requirements.
Operate a forklift and assist with material movement when required.
Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining production and quality standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Working hours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Skills:
3???5+ years of experience in injection molding or thermoplastic processing.
Experience with mold set-up and injection molding machine operation.
Experience with basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Experience operating robots or automated manufacturing equipment.
Experience using calipers and micrometers for dimensional inspections.
Previous quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
Forklift operating experience or certification.
Experience working with FOD controls and 5S practices.
Experience reading manufacturing drawings or inspection blueprints.
Previous experience in a high-volume production environment.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Previous manufacturing or production experience.
Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
Ability to use basic measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
Ability to read and follow technical drawings, blueprints, or inspection specifications.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Reliable attendance and ability to work a production schedule.
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Basic computer and documentation skills.
