Working hours: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Moinday - Thursday
What You'll Do
...
- Build and assemble products using a variety of materials and tools.
- Follow basic safety and standard operating procedures to maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Safely operate equipment such as basic hand tools, staple guns, pallet jacks, and molds.
- Consistently meet daily production goals and check product quality.
- Work closely with your team with a positive, proactive attitude.
What We're Looking For
- Work Ethic & Schedule: A strong work ethic and the ability to work 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday (plus occasional Fridays for overtime).
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand for 8-10 hours, lift 25-50 lbs overhead, and push/pull up to 75 lbs in a warm, active industrial environment.
- Core Skills: Good hand-eye coordination, basic mechanical aptitude, and fundamental math and reading skills.
- Safety First: Willingness to wear required PPE (like safety glasses) and pass a pre-employment 4-panel drug screen
Bonus Points (Preferred)
- Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial labor, or distribution.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven track record of safety and reliability in past roles
