We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll perform light assembly and kitting tasks, load software/firmware onto control components, and ensure production schedules are met by prioritizing and releasing work orders.

Configure control components with required software and firmware parameters using specialized tools and processes.
Perform light assembly and kitting operations, including the assembly or reconfiguration of PC hardware by replacing circuit boards and cables.
Coordinate daily workflow by monitoring system reports for component availability and prioritizing work to meet production deadlines.
Conduct hardware testing to ensure all components and assemblies meet quality standards.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
An associate's degree or two-year technical degree is required.
Strong knowledge of PC hardware and components.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to read, write, and interpret technical documents and instructions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.

Qualifications:
Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent walking, standing, stooping, and reaching.
Capable of lifting, lowering, pushing, or pulling items of varying weight.
Comfortable working in an environment with frequently changing temperatures.
