Responsibilities:
Complete production laboratory plans in alignment with overall production planning.
Accurately assemble and disassemble products into designated mold assemblies.
Produce polyurethane strictly according to recipes using mechanical weighing, heating, mixing, and pouring.
Operate PU casting equipment, HMI controls, metering systems, tanks, pumps, mixers, and related machinery.
Safely and accurately prepare, heat, load, monitor, and dispense polyurethane materials.
Monitor and log critical process parameters, including temperatures, ratios, flow rates, and batch information.
Perform controlled pouring and casting operations while strictly adhering to recipe guidelines.
Calibrate, clean, purge, and inspect mixing and casting equipment on a regular basis.
Identify and escalate process deviations, equipment alarms, and quality concerns.
Coordinate directly with Bonding, Finishing, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
Support process validation, startup activities, scrap reduction efforts, and operator training.
Maintain accurate batch records and traceability documentation.
Notify the supervisor immediately if planned production quantities cannot be met.
Perform weekly cleaning of metal flask heads, valves, and other apparatus.
Ensure correct and safe filling of raw materials.
Maintain orderliness and cleanliness throughout the workplace.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
Ability to work independently.
Ability to perform simple mathematics.
General working knowledge of hand tools and measurement devices.
High attention to detail.

4-7 years
Qualifications:
Experience or familiarity with operating PU casting equipment, HMI controls, metering systems, tanks, pumps, and mixers.
Prior knowledge of polyurethane material preparation, heating, loading, monitoring, and dispensing.
Ability to assist with process validation, startup activities, scrap reduction, and operator training.
