Spherion Staffing is actively building a candidate waitlist for our client's distribution center. This fast-paced production facility supplies delicious baked goods such as pies, cupcakes, muffins, breads, and more; to local grocery stores. You'll help with picking, packing, and supporting the production process from start to finish.
Shifts & Pay
Flexible schedule! (YOU Choose 2 of the 3 days you work!!) Set your 3 core days that you can commit to working weekly.
Day Shift: 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM | $15/hr (OT: $22.50) Choose from Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Grave Shift: 5:30 PM - 5:30 AM | $16/hr (OT: $24.00) Choose from Monday through Friday
Responsibilities:
* Load packaging materials and dump product into machines.
* Hand-pack and stack product or cases onto pallets.

* Previous experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented food production facility.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.* Can stand, bend, and stay on your feet for a full 12-hour shift.* Comfortable working in environments between 40-85F degrees.* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.* At least 6 months of previous production experience.* Must pass a national background check and drug screening.
