Established local Martinsburg, WV fiberglass production and manufacturing facility looking for reliable individuals for to join their team!
Open to training from a variety of backgrounds!
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
1st shift: 5:30am - 3:00pm
2nd shift: 3:30pm - 1:00am ($1.25/hr shift differential)

Responsibilities:
- Ability to to push, pull, or manipulate tub units with use of a handcart
- Ability to stand or walk on a concrete floor continuously for up to a 9-hour shift with frequent bending, stooping, and reaching to pull unit from mold
- Utilize basic math skills for tasks such as counting, measuring, and tracking inventory
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of required PPE.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area to ensure safe and efficient workflow.
- Work in an non-climate environment where odors from various manufacturing processes may be present.
Qualifications:
- Ability to be taught new skills and duplicate results
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Ability to follow given PPE requirements and follow safety instructions correctly
Skills:
- Previous production and/or manufacturing experience
- Team-oriented (willing to help or partner with co-workers to get the job done)
Education:
High School
