Job Description:

In this hands-on position, you will be an essential part of our manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient and accurate operation. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable team player with a strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. The candidate will use and monitor multiple machines and work towards meeting product goals!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily activities of the production line(s), ensuring product adheres to standard of safety, quality, and throughput.
- Accurately completes applicable quality and production reports hourly.
- Physical and visual inspection of products is required to prevent non-conforming goods.
- Correctly report all quality defects to the appropriate team members and shift leadership.
- Adheres to the highest standards of company and plant safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations.
