Responsibilities:
- Operate bagging, batching, and mixing equipment to manufacture high-quality feed products
- Follow standard recipes and orders to ensure every batch meets quality specifications
- Package finished products and prepare them for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by completing daily housekeeping tasks
- Collaborate with your supervisor to report equipment needs and maintain inventory levels
- Prioritize safety by wearing required gear and following all OSHA and facility guidelines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform basic math and follow written instructions in English
- Strong track record of reliability and following a consistent shift schedule
- A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to help out where needed
- Ability to learn and follow safety and regulatory requirements like FDA and OSHA
- Physical ability to handle the active nature of a production environment
