Spherion is seeking a reliable and adaptable Production Operator to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will support critical day-to-day operations across our manufacturing floor, handling equipment operation, material flow, quality control, and general facility support. We welcome candidates from diverse working backgrounds-previous food service experience a plus, previous machine operating, assembly, manufacturing, production, warehouse forklift, inventory, quality inspection, janitorial experience all a plus. Responsibilities:
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and job responsibilities.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including overtime when needed.
Commitment to following all safety and workplace procedures.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation.
Warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory, or material handling experience.
Forklift experience or certification.
Quality inspection experience using tape measures, calipers, or micrometers.
Ability to read blueprints or assembly drawings.
Experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
Food service, cook, dishwasher, or janitorial experience.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment.
Experience working in a team-oriented production environment.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support multiple departments as needed.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
