Schedule & Pay:
1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Overtime is available as needed.
1st Shift Pay: $19.00/HR
Potential to move to 2nd Shift (after Training): 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Monday - Thursday.
2nd Shift Pay: $20.00/HR

Responsibilities:
- Custom Fabrication: Accurately measure, cut, and assemble lumber and plywood to construct custom wooden crates, pallets, skids, and shipping materials based on blueprints, drawings, or specific customer orders.
- Tool Operation: Safely and proficiently operate various power tools, including pneumatic nail guns, saws and various measuring tools.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, stage, and move lumber and finished materials using appropriate equipment (forklift certification is a plus, or willingness to be trained).
- Quality Control: Inspect all raw materials for defects and ensure all finished products meet required specifications and quality standards for structural integrity and dimensions.
- Workplace Safety: Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintenance & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, performing general housekeeping duties and basic tool maintenance as required.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
- Experience in a production crating, pallet building, or packaging environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or schematics (blueprints).
- Prior forklift operating experience or certification.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience using various hand and power tools in a production, construction, or woodworking environment.
- Measurement Skills: Strong mathematical skills and the ability to read a tape measure and other measuring devices accurately and quickly.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and carrying materials up to 50 lbs.
- Attention to Detail: A high degree of accuracy is necessary for cutting materials and assembling custom products to exact specifications.
- Reliability: Excellent attendance record and punctuality are essential.
