Choose Your Path: What You Will DoDepending on your background and strengths, you will be placed in a specialized role supporting our advanced manufacturing or quality laboratory teams.Option A: Production & Machine OperationPrecision Operation: -Set up, run, and monitor specialized coating, slurry, or slitting equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). -Material Preparation: Prepare base films and production accessories (such as ceramic scissors, tape, and feed pipe filters) to ensure smooth production runs. -Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cycle cleaning of essential equipment (including gravure rollers, magnetic filters, and receiving trays) and conduct daily point inspections. -Process Tracking: Complete and maintain accurate, up-to-date production records and equipment status reports. Option B: Quality Lab & Inspection -Testing & Analysis: Perform visual, dimensional, and functional testing on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products using precision tools like micrometers, calipers, film thickness gauges, and tensile testers. -Data Systems: Accurately log inspection results, data summaries, and non-conformance reports (NCRs) into quality control databases and ERP systems. -Process Control: Partner with production teams to verify line setups, perform line audits, and execute first-article inspections (FAI). -Problem Solving: Assist in investigating non-conforming products and work closely with engineers to implement corrective actions (CAPA) to prevent future quality issues.

-Prior experience operating slurry, coating, or slitting machines. -Experience working with high-speed rollers or the production of plastic film, paper products, or battery components. -An Associate degree or technical training in Quality, Manufacturing, or Engineering. -Familiarity with quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949), statistical process control (SPC), or Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. -Quality certifications, such as an ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT) designation. Familiarity with ERP or QMS software (e.g., SAP, Minitab).

Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow precise technical instructions, read specifications, and maintain highly accurate documentation. Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 25 lbs in a combined manufacturing and lab environment.
