Looking for an experienced Production Scheduler that will plan, schedule, coordinate and/or monitor the flow of products through the complete production cycle.
The scheduler will collaborate with the shop foreman and engineering team and develop comprehensive schedules to support project milestones, keeping project deliverables visible and ensuring all scopes of work are managed.

 Responsibilities:
 Create and track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts
 Manage complex projects or processes with general oversight
 Provide support, guidance, coaching, and training to other employees
 Communicate within and outside of own function to gain cooperation on operational processes, practices, and procedures
 Make moderate to substantial improvements to systems and processes
 Contribute to the achievement of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmental results
 Perform schedule analysis in support of assigned programs or projects
 Prepare, develop, and coordinate integrated master plan and integrated master schedule (IMP/IMS) using MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint
 Ensure projects and program schedules and plans are integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality
 Ensure compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines
 Work consists of making significant improvements of processes, systems, solutions, or products to enhance performance of job area
 Review open sales orders to determine customer requirements
Working hours: Start time flexible between 6am - 9am, BUT must work a consistant schedule, 40+ hours  a week.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience in manufacturing environment
 -  in lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience in manufacturing environment
 Ability to interact well with internal and external customers
 Ability to read and write and communicate in English
 Read and interpret a variety of blueprints
