What You'll Do

• Inspect packaging materials and in-process products to catch and correct defects
• Alert the shift supervisor and production teammates when items fall outside quality specifications
• Restock materials and essential supplies to keep your work station running smoothly
• Follow plant safety guidelines and Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards
• Keep your work area tidy, organized, and hazard-free

What You'll Bring

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to product quality
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally during your shift
• Willingness to provide your own steel-toed work shoes
• Great communication skills and a team-first mindset
