Shift Options & Pay:
- 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday | 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday | 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
Responsibilities:
- Route, tie, and attach wires to construct custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies according to detailed layout boards.
- Use specialized hand tools including manual wire strippers, crimpers, and cutters to prepare wires and attach terminals.
- Install connectors, terminals, and protective sleeving onto wire leads following quality and engineering specifications.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, wire run lists, and digital work orders.
- Perform basic pull tests and manual continuity checks on completed wire assemblies to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation while following standard operating procedures.
Skills:
- Previous experience in cable assembly, wire harnessing, electronic assembly, or light manufacturing is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with using hand tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, or soldering irons.
- Ability to read and interpret basic electrical schematics, wire run lists, or technical drawings.
Qualifications:
- Strong hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and ability to handle small components and hand tools.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when following step-by-step assembly instructions.
- Basic reading comprehension and ability to follow written instructions, digital work orders, or simple diagrams.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during a 10-hour shift and perform light to moderate lifting (up to 30 lbs).
- Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a positive team attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
