Lake Crystal Hours:
1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:45AM-4:15PM + Overtime on Fridays
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:15PM-1:45AM + Overtime as needed
Weekend: Friday-Sunday, 5:00AM-5:00PM (Paid for 40 hours)
Mankato Hours:
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:00PM-2:00AM + Overtime as needed
Welder - Responsible for demonstrating welding ability, passing certification, and being proficient in reading blueprints and making equipment adjustments. This role requires basic math skills for accurate measuring, assembly, and problem-solving.
Fabricator - Responsible for operating advanced machinery to cut, bend, and shape steel parts used in the assembly process. You will also move materials between work centers, interpret blueprints and job specifications, and take accurate measurements using precision tools like micrometers and T-squares.
Plasma/Laser/Brake Press Operator - Responsible for operating advanced CNC cutting machinery to produce precision steel components. This role requires the ability to interpret complex blueprints and job specifications, perform machine setups, and ensure maximum material yield. You must be proficient in using precision measuring tools to verify part accuracy and be comfortable troubleshooting equipment to maintain high production standards.
Paint Prep - Responsible for the critical final stages of the fabrication process, ensuring all surfaces are cleaned, sanded, and masked according to strict quality specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail to identify surface imperfections, the ability to follow technical coating instructions, and proficiency with various hand and power tools. You will play a vital role in preparing units for a high-quality, durable finish.
Skills:
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate ability to learn new tasks and concepts quickly.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to execute on SOP, quality, and safety practices.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workflow effectively to accomplish deadlines.

Qualifications:
- Ability to use handheld measuring tools such as a tape measurer, combination square, and other measuring instruments.
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently.
