Responsibilities:
What You'll Be Doing (Your Impact):
You will be the hands-on leader and culture champion for our flexible employees and the primary point of contact for our client. Your day-to-day will involve high-impact activities that ensure operational excellence and employee retention.
Lead and Coach: Be a visible leader on the worksite floor (MBWA - Management by Walking Around). Observe performance, provide real-time coaching, counsel employees, and celebrate successes.
Talent Management: Conduct onboarding, manage shift check-ins, and facilitate first-day arrivals. Lead proactive engagement and retention strategies, including conducting Stay and Exit Interviews.
Client Partnership: Build strong rapport with client supervisors and department leaders. Share, review, and present data-driven performance analysis on KPIs and metrics.
Team Results: Contribute to the hiring and training of the delivery team. Be responsible for key team results, including Gross Profit (GP), Hours, Fill Rate, and Retention.
Operational Excellence: Execute the Spherion Operating Model, ensuring compliance with all contractual agreements and employment regulations.
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 2PM - 10:30PM with flexibility to respond after hours and weekends as needed. Additionally, you will need to be able to flex your schedule to accomodate other shifts such as 5AM - 2PM or 9AM-6PM

Tech Savvy: Comfortable with data entry, analysis, and presentation of performance metrics to clients and internal teams. Proficiency with relevant staffing or workforce management systems.
Interpersonal Prowess: Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills and a talent for developing rapport quickly with flexible employees and high-level client users.
Compliance Focused: A commitment to ensuring accuracy in pay/bill rates, handling adjustments, and maintaining full compliance across all operations.

Qualifications:
Previous experience within a manufacturing or distribution center environment is required.
