We're seeking a hands-on leader to oversee production operations, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing floor. In this role, you'll lead a team, support day-to-day production activities, troubleshoot operational challenges, and help deliver high-quality products to customers.

What You'll Do:
- Coordinate, train, and motivate team members to meet production targets while maintaining a safe and efficient workflow
- Maintain a strong understanding of machine functions and assist with troubleshooting efforts to minimize downtime
- Work with the team to assemble and dismantle specialized molds and support mold changes using overhead cranes and rigging equipment
- Utilize quality feedback to reduce scrap, improve productivity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Use systems such as SAP and Kronos to track attendance, labor hours, and production performance
- Maintain 6S standards and document shift activities, irregularities, and maintenance needs to ensure smooth shift transitions
- Promote and enforce safety, quality, and operational standards throughout the facility
What You'll Bring:
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment required
- Experience within plastics manufacturing or rotational molding preferred
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- Ability to use hand tools, measurement devices, forklifts, and other production equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent stooping, bending, and reaching
- Strong mathematical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced Lean manufacturing environment
- Experience with manufacturing systems such as SAP, Kronos, or similar production tracking software preferred
