Responsibilities:

• 🔧 Entry-Level Production Worker Responsibilities:
• Operate basic manufacturing equipment and tools
• Perform general assembly, packaging, or material handling
• Inspect parts and components for quality and accuracy
• Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and parts
• ⚙️ CNC Operator/Programmer Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.)
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Adjust machine settings and tooling for accuracy and quality
• Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Troubleshoot and correct machining issues as needed
• Maintain equipment and report malfunctions to maintenance/supervisor
• 🔩 Welder (MIG, TIG, Stick) Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate welding equipment based on job specs
• Weld metal components together using proper techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick)
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
• Inspect finished welds for quality and structural integrity
• Grind, cut, or clean welds as needed for final finish
