Role Highlights:
- AM Shift ($20/hr) - 6am-6pm, Monday - Friday, Overtime Saturdays
- PM Shift ($21/hr) - 6pm-6am, Monday - Friday, Overtime Saturdays
- Direct hire permanent position
- Extensive benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401k with match
- Overtime after 40 hours and double-time pay on Sundays
What You'll Do:
- Hang and stage steel parts onto hooks to prepare them for the coating process
- Monitor specialized equipment and skim materials to ensure a smooth, high-quality finish
- Inspect finished products for quality and use hand tools to remove burrs or sharp edges
- Use overhead cranes to move heavy materials safely throughout the facility (with training)
- Coordinate with your team to package and prepare products for shipment
What You'll Bring:

- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Comfort using hand tools and a willingness to learn how to operate cranes
