Responsibilities:
As the Program Manager, you will oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of the credit card department. Your core duties will include:
Overseeing application processing, account servicing, disputes, and portfolio monitoring.
Ensuring the program adheres to all federal regulations, including the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Fair Credit Billing Act, and CFPB requirements.
Supervising and mentoring staff responsible for credit card operations to help them reach their full potential.
Developing and refining procedures to increase departmental efficiency and reduce operational risks.
Preparing performance reports for executive leadership and providing recommendations to improve program growth and profitability.
Managing partnerships with external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Over 2 years of supervisory or management experience is preferred.
Previous experience in a retail banking environment.
Familiarity with credit card regulations and consumer lending compliance.

Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
A Bachelor???s degree in a related field
At least 5 years of experience in credit card operations or consumer lending.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel), reporting tools, and loan servicing systems.
