In this role, you won't just manage orders-you'll be the primary architect of the client experience. From the initial quote to the final product delivery, you will drive growth, solve intricate manufacturing puzzles, and act as the vital link between our production floor and most valued partners.
Responsibilities:
Be the Face of the Company: Build and nurture high-level relationships, serving as the "go-to" expert for key clients.
Drive Strategic Growth: Develop account plans that don't just meet expectations but proactively identify new opportunities to enhance clients' businesses.
Bridge the Technical Gap: Use your knowledge of BOMs, Gerbers, and IPC standards to partner with Engineering, Purchasing, and Production.
Navigate Complexity: Manage the full lifecycle of customer orders and changes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Influence & Negotiate: Analyze market trends and provide accurate forecasts while advocating for both the client?s needs and the organization?s goals.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
The Technical "Know-How": A grasp of PCB assembly processes. You should be comfortable discussing IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, and J-STD standards.
Strategic Mindset: You don?t just react; you anticipate. You can turn data into actionable insights and "standard" service into "exceptional" partnership.
Communication Mastery: Whether it?s a high-stakes presentation or a technical sync with the shop floor, your communication is clear, professional, and influential.
Experience: You have a proven track record in account management or sales within the electronics manufacturing industry (EMS).
Education/Experience: An Associate?s degree in Electronics or Business OR 5+ years of demonstrated sales/service experience in a comparable industry.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in ERP systems, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
Leadership: A natural mentor who leads by example with integrity and a commitment to safety (ESD protocols)
