Responsibilities:
- Technical & Admin Support: Managing project records, databases, and reporting to keep the site running smoothly.
- Data & Forecasting: Assisting with project tracking and forecasting for upcoming and active builds.
- Relationship Building: Interacting with customers and subcontractors to maintain the strong partnerships .
- Innovation: Utilizing and improving our sustainable business processes and technology resources.
- Professional Growth: Participating in industry events and construction management groups to build your professional network.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Highly preferred to have a a Bachelor' Degree in a related field / industry.
- Prior employment experience in a field related to commercial construction is desirable.

- General understanding of construction project management focus and objectives.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn & use project management software's.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborative with several departments in a professional manner.
