Responsibilities:
Develop and execute "bottoms-up" program plans, including scheduling, budget management, and risk mitigation.
Maintain regular verbal and written communication with customers, program sponsors, and internal stakeholders.
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to review status, identify risks, and drive program success.
Support "bid and proposal" activities and prepare requested quotes for new and follow-on programs.
Act as the final arbiter for program decisions within the facility to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
Strong high-level management, leadership, and motivational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proven problem-solving, conflict resolution, and risk management capabilities.
Exceptional planning and organizational skills with an analytical, data-driven mindset.
Ability to manage competing demands and adapt quickly to changing environments.
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) from a four-year college or university, or 3 to 5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven track record in project or program management, including working within approved budgets.
