The ideal candidate will play a key role in day-to-day coordination across engineering, production, and support functions. This position is specifically tailored for those from technically driven environments who value teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Salary Range: $75-100k DOE
Responsibilities:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned projects, bridging the gap between internal teams and customer needs
-Lead day-to-day project execution with a strict focus on scope definition, schedule adherence, and cost control
-Provide direct oversight regarding FAA and EASA regulations, company policies, and aviation safety standards
-Plan and track engineering and production activities to ensure consistent, on-time delivery
-Ensure project scope is clearly defined and executable; manage all change orders, including their impact on costs and schedules
-Monitor milestones and delivery commitments, driving corrective actions when necessary
-Track project costs to ensure performance remains within approved budget parameters
-Organize and lead project review meetings, internal briefings, and ongoing customer communication throughout the project lifecycle
-Promote a LEAN mindset regarding safety, efficiency, and operational performance
-Assist the sales team during early project evaluations and manage all project closeout activities, including lessons learned
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
-PMP or similar project management certification
-Direct experience working with customers during project execution
-Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing principles
-Working knowledge of SMS and aviation compliance requirements (FAA/EASA)

1-4 years
Qualifications:
-Bachelor???s degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
-3+ years of professional project management experience in aviation, product engineering, or a similar regulated environment
-Working knowledge of project scheduling and cost tracking tools
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Copilot)
-Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
