Schedule:
- Mon-Fri | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Plus emergency on-call)
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Maintain decks, stairs, fencing, and general curb appeal.
- Prioritize maintenance requests and manage major renovation projects.
- Install flooring (carpet, vinyl, tile), appliances, and light fixtures.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Electrical, plumbing, heating and renovation tasks are essential
- Strong communication and intterpersonal skills
- Organization and time management skills
- Ability to work as a team
- Available for on-call emergency issues after hours
- Pass a MN DHS background study
- Pass a MVR check
- Physical ability to bend, crouch and lift objects throughout the workday
- Documentation of property safety concerns and inspections
- Valid Drivers License with access to reliable transportation
