The position is a part of the Administrative and Accounting Department and reports to the Controller of the company. The Purchasing and Inventory Specialist is responsible for acquiring necessary goods and services efficiently and at the best value, and for managing the company's stock to ensure accuracy and availability.

*Review inventory levels
*Review the finished goods inventor
*Assist VP with processing the batches of work
*Confirm with management item to order
*Insure pricing is correct prior to ordering
*Source new items at management request
*Label, Rotate and Stock products
*Assist with monthly drills as needed
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
*Ability to follow the lead of management
*Ability to create purchase orders in Purchase Order System (NetSuite)
*Ability to communicate effectively
*Ability to work as a team
*Reading and writing proficiency
*Experience in word, excel, phone etiquette,
