Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Procurement: Identify, evaluate, and secure suppliers for raw materials and packaging that meet our strict cGMP, Organic, and Non-GMO standards.
Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations to optimize pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules without compromising quality.
Inventory Management: Collaborate with the Production and Planning teams to forecast demand and manage stock levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
Supplier Relations: Build and maintain long-term partnerships; conduct regular performance audits to ensure compliance with our quality and delivery benchmarks.
Cost Optimization: Monitor market trends and price fluctuations in the food/supplement industry to implement cost-saving strategies.
Compliance: Ensure all purchased materials meet regulatory requirements and internal quality control standards (FDA, Kosher, Halal, etc.).

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 AM

Skills:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry or desired in nutraceutical or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
Education: Bachelor?s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills (Bilingual English/Spanish is a significant plus given our location and global reach).
