      Pre Assembler will be working with hand tools and looking at sales order sheets. This is a very hands on position and can be physical at times. The candidate needs to be able to communicate, read and follow directions. This is a standing position for 8hrs or more.Responsibilities:Pre Assembler will be working with hand tools and looking at sales order sheets. Read and interpret engineering drawings as needed for accurate and safe performance of the jobFollowing Standard Operating Procedures and/or Standard WorkEnsure a high level of quality by completing required in-process quality checksFollow work order directions and safely produce the quantity of parts required and within the required specificationsComplete and maintain all required paperwork necessary in the operationOperate specific assembly toolsSome electrical wiringPerform other duties and projects as assignedWorking hours: 5:00 AM - 2:30 PMSkills:-Ability to read instructions, safely operate machines and visually inspect parts produced-Accuracy and timeliness in completion of work assignments is a must-Excellent communication skills-Frequent lifting, standing, and bending required-Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds of metal materials and safely utilizing mechanical lifts-Attention to detail is a mustEducation:No Degree RequiredExperience:0-1 yearsQualifications:This is a fast paced and physically demanding position.
