      Are you a flexible, confident, multi-tasker that is detail-oriented and that thrives in a fast paced environment?Are you interested in a blended role comprised of accounting, adminstrative and customer service related responsibilities?if so read on about this opportunity working Tuesday though Saturday, 9:30AM - 6:30PM, in the office of this fast paced retail organization located in Martinez.Responsibilities:Responsibilites include but are not limited to: Give customers the highest level of service possible.Perform detailed administrative tasks above standard, all work is organized, and accurate.Maintain company security and confidentiality and insure company is protected. Proficient with office equipment, internet, Microsoft Office and some Quikbooks.Take, retrieve and forward phone messages as required.Insure computers and all office equipment in the office area are on and ready for the day. Perform maintenance as required.Enter daily sales orders in POS system with utmost accuracy, receive payments of all types and follow through to completion of pick up or delivery.Responsible for cash register, balancing all daily receipts, preparing daily deposits and batching credit cards.Enter finance applications for approval and work with customer to get approvals.Receive and post payments from finance companies with utmost accuracy. Batch supporting documents monthly.Process cancellations, refunds and credit memos. Handle chargeback situations including gathering documentation and preparing responses.Monitor all open orders including lay-a-way contracts.Enter service orders for customers as needed and follow-up with response. Monitor open service orders for timeliness of completion.Order parts for customers and for stock items. Receive and organize parts.Communicate with the Outside Service Technicians. Forward appropriate documentationSubmit charge backs to manufacturers for expenses we incur. Monitor reciept of manufacturer credits or completion of charge backs.Copy, create and improve all forms as needed for the running of the operations.Purchase and maintain appropriate levels of all office and postal supplies as needed.Process all extended warranty plans and documentation including vendor invoice. Contact customer to inform of on-order merchandise arrriving at store.Schedule, route and confirm deliveries. Prepare delivery paperwork daily.Monitor Delivery stops throughout the day to see how they are progressing. Notify customers that will be affected if changes occur.Research partial deliveries, refusals and not-at-homes and resolve to complete the delivery. Responsible for maintaining neat work area.
