      Spherion is recruiting Document Control Specialists to join the team of our innovative biotechnology client. This temporary position is for individuals with strong data evaluation skills and who enjoy working in a team-oriented environment!Responsibilities:- Analyze and process Change Orders (COs), Change Requests (CR), and Deviations utilizing change control and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems- Administer data entry into the ERP system- Perform document processing and filing using manual and electronic systems, per established procedures- Monitor change activities approval/implementation and be able to resolve issues of varying complexity- Interface with internal and external customers to convey requirements and resolve issues to drive efficient and effective process- Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for change activity processing and implementation- Prioritize and coordinate tasks and projects within a fast-paced and technical business environment- Ensure standard practices and procedures are followed when analyzing data and content- Create, edit, and maintain procedural documentation including, but not limited to, department policies, procedures, and guidance documentation in the corporate quality system- Support record repository management, as needed- Escalate issues and risks to management, as appropriate- Deliver training, as needed- Participate in global business projects supporting corporate initiatives, as requestedWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:- Experience with delivering training material to groups- Excellent data evaluation skills- Team-oriented and effective communication skillsEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:- 2+ years related manufacturing environment experience required; preferably GxP- Experience in MS Office, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint required- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, document control, configuration management, supply chain, operations, and/or quality departments within a regulated environment preferred- Experience with SAP ERP and PLM systems desired- Experience applying quality system regulations and standards, including 21 CFR Part 820 (cGMP), ISO 13485, ISO 9001 preferred- APICS certification preferred Apply via the apply button in the top right hand corner!Spherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
