The Office Assistant will provide clerical and telephone support to our clients staff and departments, as well as answer and direct telephone calls from member participants, potential member participants, and outside vendors. This position is also responsible for scanning and classifying incoming mail, assigning it to the appropriate department and workflow all while upholding clerical accuracy and completeness of various member communications and other mailings.
