      This position serves as a support to all functions and departments on a daily process. The primary responsibility is to serve our customers in the most professional and efficient manner while following company policies and procedures. This position requires a flexible, confident, multi-tasker that has utmost attention to detail and can work in a fast paced environment. Hours of operation are Tues-Saturday 9:30am to 6:30pm. Saturdays are required to work and all Holidays. The store will be closed Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter.Responsibilities:Assisting customers with their purchases. Verifying credit to ensure that they qualify. Setting up schedules for delivery and verifying with customers date and time.Give customers the highest level of service and professionalism. Perform detailed administrative tasks above standard and that all work is organized, and accurate.Maintain company security and confidentiality and insure company is protected. Enter daily sales orders in POS system with utmost accuracy, receive payments of all types and follow through to completion of pick up or delivery. Enter finance applications for approval and work with customer to get approvals. Enter service orders for customers as needed and follow-up with response. Monitor open service orders for timeliness of completion. Contact customer before and after delivery to ensure proper procedures were followed.Working hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PMSkills:Proficient with office equipment, internet, Microsoft Office and some QuickBooks. Be able to use POS. Experience in ordering shipping and receiving.Education:No Degree RequiredExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:Microsoft word and Excel. Have at least 1 to 2 years customer service experience and sales. Quick books experience and have great communication skills. Maintain professional working relationships with all company employees and all teams. Assist in the training of other employees as needed. This position does require to work every Saturday and Holiday except, Thanksgiving,Christmas and Easter.
