This includes and is not limited to:Follow up with prospective residents via email and phone calls.Schedule and manage prospective resident showings.Greet, assist, and coordinate daily walk-ins based on priority/needs of prospects, residents, and owners.Answer, screen, and/or transfer general phone calls received at office to appropriate team members.Answer, screen, and/or forward messages to appropriate team members.Receive and process resident payments, and provide necessary receipts.Work with resident experience managers on paperwork Mail rent change letters.Mail monthly delinquency notices to residents.Develop and participate in community outreach programs/events.Maintain in-office vacancy listings.Manage utility transfer requests.Manage and place office supply orders.Place weekly office lunch orders for the team.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be detail-oriented, well-versed in MS Office and excel at creating great customer experiences.Education:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:Minimum 2 years of related customer service and administrative support experience required.
