Act as technical lead in optimizing the blow molding process in plants. Manage resin trials by establishing the goals, protocol to be used during the test and providing conclusive documentation. Train blow molding technicians in both hands-on and equipment aspects of blow molding. Assist Maintenance/Engineering in identifying and resolving problems.
